APNEK has always considered the environment in connection with development. The new concept of Sustainable Development adopted by the international community after the publication of the Brundtland’s report Our Common Future was to stimulate her action in the contribution to poverty alleviation, especially among women, and to disseminating information and knowledge related to resources conservation and rational use of them.
